The Taylor Fladgate Golden Age 50 Year Very Old Tawny Port is an exceptional creation resulting from half a century of aging in wooden barrels. This unique blend represents Taylor Fladgate's craftsmanship and tradition at the highest level.
In the glass, this port shows a brilliant amber color with golden reflections. The nose is extremely complex with aromas of toasted nuts, almonds, caramel, orange peel and dried fruit. In the mouth, silky and concentrated, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness and an exceptionally long, elegant finish.
Serve lightly chilled at 12-16°C. Perfect with desserts with nuts, caramel or orange, but also purely as a meditation wine at special moments.
