The 2018 Château Chasse-Spleen is one of the iconic wines of Moulis-en-Médoc. This historic estate is known for its elegant style, in which power, freshness, and classic Bordeaux structure come together perfectly. The excellent 2018 vintage produced rich and concentrated wines with great aging potential.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is intense and refined with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, tobacco and subtle spices. In the mouth rich and harmonious, with silky tannins, lively fraîcheur and a long elegant finish.
Serve at 16–18°C. Perfect with grilled red meat, game dishes, or aged hard cheeses.
