The 2018 Château Chasse-Spleen Magnum (1.5L) is among the iconic Bordeaux wines of Moulis-en-Médoc. The historic estate is known for its elegant style that perfectly combines power, freshness and classic Bordeaux structure. In magnum format, this wine develops even slower and more refined.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is intense and refined with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, tobacco and subtle spices. In the mouth rich and harmonious, with silky tannins, lively fraîcheur and a long elegant finish.
Magnum bottles allow for a slower and more elegant aging of the wine. As a result, aromas and structure develop even more delicately, making magnums particularly popular with collectors and investors.
