2015 Viña Leizaola El Sacramento from Rioja DOCa
A refined single-vineyard wine from Rioja Alavesa
The 2015 Viña Leizaola El Sacramento comes from a historic vineyard in Rioja Alavesa and is one of the region’s most distinctive terroir wines. Old vines, limestone-rich soils, and a meticulous winemaking process result in a Rioja with impressive finesse, concentration, and elegance. The excellent 2015 vintage produced perfectly ripe grapes with an exceptional balance of fruit, freshness, and structure.
After aging in French oak barrels, the wine develops complex aromatic layers, refined tannins, and a long, mineral finish. The combination of terroir and craftsmanship results in a Rioja that displays great character both when young and after years of bottle aging.
