The 2018 Château Cantemerle is among the elegant classic Bordeaux wines of the Médoc. The historic estate is known for its refined style in which fruit, freshness and structure come together perfectly. The 2018 vintage produced rich and concentrated wines with excellent balance.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, violets, cedar, graphite and subtle spices. In the mouth elegant and harmonious, with silky tannins, lively fraîcheur and a long refined finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, lamb dishes, poultry or aged hard cheeses.
