The 2021 Château de Sales is among the elegant classic wines of Pomerol. The historic estate is known for its refined style that perfectly combines ripe fruit, softness and balance. The 2021 vintage produced fresh and refined Bordeaux wines with beautiful structure and elegance.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of plums, cassis, black cherries, cedar and subtle spices. In the mouth elegant and harmonious, with silky tannins, lively fraîcheur and a long refined finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, veal, lamb dishes or aged hard cheeses.
