The 2020 Château de Sales is among the elegant classic wines of Pomerol. The historic estate is known for its refined style that perfectly combines ripe fruit, softness and balance. The exceptional 2020 vintage produced rich and concentrated wines with wonderful structure and ageing potential.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of plums, cassis, black cherries, cedar and subtle spices. On the palate rich and harmonious, with silky tannins, beautiful fraîcheur and a long elegant finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, veal, lamb dishes or aged hard cheeses.
