The 2018 Château de Sales is among the elegant classic wines of Pomerol. The historic estate is known for its refined style that perfectly combines ripe fruit, softness and balance. The outstanding 2018 vintage produced rich and concentrated wines with wonderful structure and storage potential.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of plums, cassis, black cherries, cedar and subtle spices. On the palate elegant and harmonious, with silky tannins, beautiful fraîcheur and a long refined finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, veal, lamb dishes or aged hard cheeses.
Château de Sales is among the largest historic domains in Pomerol and is known for its elegant and accessible style. The 2018 vintage combines modern concentration with classic Bordeaux finesse and superb aging potential.
