The 2021 Château d'Armailhac from Baron Philippe de Rothschild belongs to the elegant modern vintages of Pauillac. The 2021 vintage produced refined Bordeaux wines with beautiful finesse, classic structure and excellent balance between fruit, tannins and elegance.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, violets and subtle spices. In the mouth elegant and harmonious, with fresh acids, ripe tannins and a long refined finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, lamb dishes, game or aged hard cheeses.
