Baron Philippe de Rothschild's 2020 Château d'Armailhac is among the impressive modern vintages of Pauillac. The exceptional 2020 vintage produced concentrated and perfectly balanced Bordeaux wines with intense fruit expression, structure and enormous storage potential.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is intense and refined with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, cigar box and subtle spices. In the mouth rich and powerful, with ripe tannins, lively fraîcheur and an exceptionally long elegant finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meat, lamb dishes, game or aged hard cheeses.
