The 2017 Marchesi Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso Matarocchio Bolgheri Superiore DOC ranks among the absolute best in the international wine world. Despite the hot and dry conditions of 2017, Marchesi Antinori managed to produce a wine with impressive concentration, refined structure, and exceptional balance. The nose opens with aromas of cassis, black currants, plums, violets, graphite, cedarwood, cigar box, dark chocolate, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle balsamic notes.
