The 2024 DIVIN 0.0 Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling Blush offers a fresh and festive alternative for those who consciously choose alcohol-free options. The Sauvignon Blanc base lends it an aromatic and lively character, while the fine bubbles give the wine a fresh and elegant quality.
DIVIN focuses specifically on dealcoholized wines that retain as much of the original wine’s character as possible. This makes Sparkling Blush more than just an ordinary soft drink. The product starts with wine and is then dealcoholized to create an alcohol-free alternative with a recognizable wine character.
Its light pink color and sparkling style make this cuvée particularly well-suited for festive occasions, receptions, aperitifs, and moments when a full-fledged non-alcoholic alternative is desired.
Fris en aromatisch met tonen van citrus rood fruit, en florale nuances. De Sauvignon Blanc zorgt voor levendigheid en frisse zuren terwijl het zachte rode fruit het karakter van de Sparkling Blush ondersteunt. De fijne bubbels geven de wijn een verfrissende en feestelijke afdronk.
Serveer goed gekoeld rond 6–8°C. Ideaal als alcoholvrij aperitief en mooi bij lichte hapjes salades, schaal- en schelpdieren sushi fruit, en lichte desserts.
DIVIN specialiseert zich in alcoholvrije wijn en werkt vanuit de Loire in Frankrijk. Door eerst wijn te produceren en vervolgens de alcohol zorgvuldig te verwijderen probeert het huis zoveel mogelijk van het oorspronkelijke aromatische karakter te behouden. Sauvignon Blanc speelt daarbij een belangrijke rol dankzij zijn natuurlijke frisheid en uitgesproken aroma’s.
