The 2016 Château Cheval Blanc Magnum (1.5L) is among the absolute best in Bordeaux. Château Cheval Blanc is known for its unique style in which finesse, power and aromatic complexity come together. The exceptional 2016 vintage produced a wine with tremendous precision, depth and impressive storage potential.
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color. The nose is intense and extremely complex with aromas of blackcurrants, plums, violets, graphite, cedar and subtle spices. In the mouth rich and perfectly balanced, with velvety tannins, tremendous concentration and an exceptionally long elegant finish.
Magnum bottles allow for a slower and more refined aging of the wine. As a result, aromas and structure develop even more elegantly, making magnums particularly popular with collectors and investors.
