2015 Château Haut Brisson OWC3 Magnum (3 × 1.5L) from Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

An elegant Saint-Émilion Grand Cru in a case containing three magnums

The 2015 Château Haut Brisson OWC3 Magnum (3 × 1.5L) is a particularly appealing expression of this Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. The 2015 vintage is among the finest Bordeaux vintages and produced wines with ripe fruit, soft tannins, and excellent balance. Thanks to the Magnum format, the wine ages more slowly and harmoniously than in a standard bottle.

Château Haut Brisson is located in Saint-Émilion and is known for its elegant right-bank style. The wine is dominated by Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc. This results in a smooth yet structured Bordeaux with dark fruit, refined spice, and a long finish. The case of three magnums makes this edition particularly appealing to enthusiasts, for special dinners, and for long-term aging.

Aroma & taste

The nose opens with aromas of black cherries, cassis, plums, violets, cedar, cocoa, vanilla, and subtle spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious, with ripe tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, elegant finish.

Why Choose Magnum?

A 1.5-liter Magnum ages more slowly than a standard bottle. As a result, the wine retains its freshness longer and develops additional complexity. A case of three Magnums is also ideal for collectors or special occasions.

Serving & foodpairing

Serve at 16–18°C and decant the wine about one to two hours in advance. Delicious with beef, lamb, duck, veal, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.

Storage potential

The 2015 Château Haut Brisson Magnum has an aging potential of approximately twenty to twenty-five years.
