In the glass, this wine displays a deep ruby-red color. The nose is intense and refined, with aromas of cassis, black currants, graphite, cigar box, cedar, and subtle spices. On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, with ripe tannins, lovely freshness, and a long, elegant finish.
Serveer op 16–18°C. Perfect bij entrecote, lamsgerechten, wild of gerijpte harde kazen.
