The 2015 Opus One OWC6 (6 × 0.75L) is one of California’s most prestigious wines. Opus One was born out of the legendary collaboration between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild and Robert Mondavi. The wine combines the elegance of Bordeaux with the power and ripeness of Napa Valley and has been among the world’s absolute best for decades.
The outstanding 2015 vintage yielded perfectly ripe grapes with impressive concentration, refined tannins, and exceptional balance. The original wooden case containing six bottles is the estate’s classic presentation and enhances its authenticity, collectibility, and appeal to investors.
The wine opens with aromas of cassis, black cherries, blueberries, violets, graphite, cedar, dark chocolate, espresso, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is powerful and velvety smooth with perfectly integrated tannins, impressive depth, and an exceptionally long, mineral finish.
