The 1991 Martinez Vintage Port is a beautiful classic vintage port from the Douro. Known for his elegant and approachable style, Martinez created a wine with refinement, soft structure and impressive aromatic complexity in 1991.
In the glass, this port shows an evolved ruby color with tawny reflections. The nose is complex and refined with aromas of dried figs, plums, walnuts, cocoa, coffee and subtle spices. On the palate elegant and harmonious, with soft tannins and a long refined finish.
Serve at 16-18°C. Delicious with blue cheese, nut desserts or as an exclusive digestive wine.
