Quinta do Noval Noval Black Port is a contemporary ruby port known for its intense fruit expression and smooth style. Developed to drink young, this port combines accessibility with the quality for which Quinta do Noval is known worldwide.
In the glass, this port shows a deep ruby color. The nose is expressive with aromas of blackcurrants, ripe plums, chocolate and subtle spices. On the palate, it is supple and fruity, with soft tannins and an elegant finish.
Serve lightly chilled at 14-16°C. Delicious on its own, in cocktails or with chocolate desserts and soft cheeses.
With Noval Black, Quinta do Noval brought to market a modern interpretation of ruby port. The wine is deliberately kept young and fruity, without oxidative aging, making it accessible and versatile.
