In the glass, this wine displays a deep ruby-red color. The nose opens with aromas of black cherries, cassis, plums, violets, truffle, cocoa, graphite, and subtle spices. On the palate, it is rich and silky-smooth with perfectly integrated tannins, impressive concentration, and an exceptionally long finish.
Serve at 16–18°C. Perfect with lamb, veal, game, and refined gourmet dishes.
