The 2018 vintage produced ripe and concentrated grapes, without losing the typical balance of Cornas. The wine combines intense dark fruit with floral aromas, peppery spice, and a pronounced mineral structure. Thanks to low yields and careful winemaking, it possesses impressive depth and excellent aging potential.
Aroma & taste
The nose opens with aromas of blackberries, black cherries, violets, black pepper, smoked bacon, olives, graphite, and garrigue. On the palate, the wine is powerful and concentrated, with ripe tannins, a lively freshness, and a long, mineral finish.
