The 1977 Taylor Fladgate Vintage Port is among the absolute classics among vintage ports. This exceptional year is known for its power, structure and impressive storage potential. Today, this wine offers a perfect balance of ripe fruit notes and refined tertiary aromas.
In the glass, this port shows a deep, evolved ruby color with brownish reflections. The nose opens with complex aromas of dried figs, plums, nuts and cocoa, complemented by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is rich and concentrated, with soft tannins and a long, elegant finish.
