The vineyards are situated on gravelly soils in Pauillac, where Cabernet Sauvignon plays a key role. The year 2021 brought spring frosts, periods of high humidity, and an unpredictable summer. As a result, meticulous work in the vineyard and careful selection during harvest were essential. Compared to warmer years such as 2020, the 2021 vintage may emphasize freshness and classic finesse. The wine has the structure to continue developing in the bottle. The original wooden case containing six bottles is a traditional presentation appreciated by many collectors.
