The 2017 Château Pichon Comtesse OWC6 (6 × 0.75L) is an exclusive edition from one of Pauillac’s most renowned châteaux. Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande is classified as a Deuxième Grand Cru Classé in the 1855 classification and is known worldwide for its elegant style, exceptional finesse, and impressive aging potential. The original wooden case containing six bottles enhances both its collectible value and its appeal to investors.
The 2017 vintage produced a classic Bordeaux with great precision and elegance. Thanks to a careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, the result is a wine with refined tannins, a lively freshness, and a beautiful aromatic complexity. This is a Pauillac that will continue to develop for many years to come.
The nose is dominated by aromas of cassis, black currants, graphite, cedar, violets, tobacco, dark chocolate, and subtle spices. The palate is refined and harmonious, with ripe tannins, excellent balance, and a long, mineral finish.
An Original Wooden Case (OWC6) guarantees the wine’s authenticity and ensures optimal protection during transport and storage. For top wines such as Château Pichon Comtesse, the original wooden case also increases the wine’s collectible and investment value.
Serve at 16–18°C and decant the wine about two hours in advance. Delicious with entrecôte, lamb, roe deer, venison, duck, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
