Cru Classé de Graves – A Bordeaux Tradition of Its Own

Graves' classification was developed in the 1950s and ratified in 1959. Unlike the 1855 classification, it does not include five separate ranks.

WHAT MAKES GRAVES SPECIAL?

• Certification may apply to red wine, white wine, or both
• The classification applies to specific wines
• The classified vineyards are now located in Pessac-Léognan

The region is known for wines that combine terroir, tradition, and refinement.
