A bottle of Champagne and two matching glasses: this original Taittinger gift box is designed for celebrating together. The gift box contains one 0.75L bottle of Brut Réserve and two Champagne glasses.
The Taittinger Champagne House is based in Reims and has a remarkable family history. In 2005, the house was sold to an American investment group, but as early as 2006, Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger brought it back into family ownership. That connection to the house lives on in the elegant style of his Champagnes.
Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from various vintages. The Chardonnay, in particular, gives this Champagne its fresh, refined character.
In the glass, notes of citrus, peach, white fruit, and light brioche come to the fore. Fine bubbles and lively acidity create a fresh, balanced finish.
Serve at 8–10°C, as an aperitif or with oysters, smoked salmon, and light fish dishes. The two glasses make this set perfect for toasting together.
