General conditions
1. Scope
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders through the webshop www.port2port.be.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Order
2.1 Only persons 18 years and older can place an order.
2.2 The agreement is established once the order is placed and full payment is received.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are shown in euros and include VAT and excise duties.
3.2 Price changes may be made at any time, but will not affect orders already placed.
3.3 Delivery costs will be clearly communicated in advance.
3.4 Orders can also be picked up by appointment.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Shipping costs via Bpost are calculated based on weight and region:

4.2 In the case of deliveries to other countries, excise duties and customs charges shall be borne by the customer.
5. Payment
5.1 Payments must be made directly when placing the order via Bancontact, Mastercard, VISA or Klarna.
5.2 Additional charges by payment method:
- Visa & Mastercard: €0.25 + 1.8% depending on card type
- American Express: €0.25 + 2.9%
- Klarna: from €0.35 + 2.99%, depending on the country
5.3 Refunds incur an administrative cost of €0.25; chargebacks cost €25.
5.4 Orders will be canceled in case of failed payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Customers have the right to revoke the order within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 The revocation must be notified in writing and the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
6.3 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, opened sealed products or personalized items.
7. Delivery
7.1 Port2port aims to deliver within 30 days, although this deadline is not binding.
7.2 In case of delay, the customer will be notified.
7.3 If the delivery period is exceeded, the right of withdrawal is retained.
8. Legal Warranty
8.1 Customers are entitled to a statutory warranty of 2 years in case of defects.
8.2 Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.
9. Loyalty Program
9.1 Private customers (B2C) can accumulate loyalty points on purchases.
9.2 These points are not redeemable for cash or other discounts.
10. Liability
10.1 Port2port is not responsible for incorrect product information or stock shortages.
10.2 Images on the webshop are indicative and may differ from the delivered product.
10.3 Alcohol will be sold only to persons 18 years of age or older.
11. Gift Certificates
11.1 Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
11.2 They cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
12. Complaints
12.1 Complaints may be submitted in writing via email or mail.
12.2 For mediation, Becom or the Consumer Ombudsman Service can be contacted.
13. Applicable law and competent court
13.1 Belgian law applies to all agreements.
13.2 Disputes shall be settled by the courts of Hasselt or Antwerp.
14. Differing provisions for business accounts
14.1 Business customers do not have the right of withdrawal.
14.2 Delivery times for business customers are indicative only.
14.3 Goods shall remain the property of Port2port until full payment is received.
15. Nullity clause
15.1 If any provision of these general terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Privacy Statement
16.1 For detailed information on the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Statement in accordance with GDPR legislation.
16.2 Personal data will be deleted after delivery and approval of the goods, provided they are sold as private individuals.
17. Responsible alcohol consumption
17.1 We educate customers about responsible alcohol consumption and refer to awareness campaigns such as DrinkWijzer.be.
