Rainera Pérez Marín 'La Guita' Manzanilla is an iconic Spanish sherry, originating from the famous region of Jerez in southern Spain. This Manzanilla is a refined and light sherry, characterized by its fresh, salty taste with subtle notes of almond, citrus and a hint of florality. The aging under the "flor" (yeast layer) gives the wine its distinctive complexity and a mineral, almost seaweed-like flavor. 'La Guita' Manzanilla is perfect as an aperitif, and goes excellently with seafood, tapas and light dishes.
