Craftsmanship of Tenuta Badia a Passignano

The grapes for this wine are carefully harvested and selected by hand. After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by approximately 14 months of aging in French and Hungarian oak barriques. After bottling, the wine rests for another 12 months in bottle before being released to the market, adding to its harmonious character.
