Ce vin a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant des d\u00e9cennies dans des f\u00fbts de bois, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une complexit\u00e9 et une finesse in\u00e9gal\u00e9es. Les portos Colheita de ce type ne sont pas mis en bouteille avant d'\u00eatre parfaitement pr\u00eats \u00e0 boire, ce qui permet d'obtenir un porto harmonieux et parfaitement m\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<h3>Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Couleur ambr\u00e9e profonde avec des reflets cuivr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Ar\u00f4mes de figues s\u00e8ches, de noix, de caramel et d'\u00e9corce d'orange.<\/li>\n<li>Go\u00fbt doux et rond avec des notes de miel, d'\u00e9pices et d'amandes grill\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Finale longue et \u00e9l\u00e9gante avec un \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat entre douceur et fra\u00eecheur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>L'histoire derri\u00e8re la bouteille<\/h3>\n<p>1982 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e classique dans la vall\u00e9e du Douro, et ce Colheita de Barros montre parfaitement comment le temps peut transformer un vin.
