After more than ten years of bottle aging, this wine is sure to appeal to lovers of aged white Burgundy. The riper fruit is complemented by spicy and mineral notes, without losing the character of Chablis.<\/p>\n
Thomas Pico founded Domaine Pattes Loup and opted for meticulous care in the vineyard and a hands-off approach in the cellar. In this way, he aims to let the differences between the Chablis terroirs speak for themselves.<\/p>\n
